The cost of herbal formulations recommended by your practitioner is not included in the consultation fee. We will also provide follow-up support between visits at a rate of $20 per 15 minute-increment. Clients often request these services when interim support and collaboration is helpful to maintain progress.

For acupuncture appointments, patients will typically meet once a week for 6-8 weeks, then begin to spread out treatments as symptoms begin to resolve. Massage and herbal patients might meet weekly or monthly. You can email the practitioner of your choice directly to schedule an appointment or call our office.CANCELATION POLICY
Your appointment time has been especially reserved for you. In the event you cannot make your appointment, we kindly request you give 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged the full rate for the missed appointment.PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. You can pay by check or cash at the time of the session. If you wish to pay by credit card, please discuss with your practitioner as not everyone accepts this method of payment. *Sorry all Herbal consultations are payable by check or cash only.INSURANCE
Some of our practitioners accept CareFirst health insurance for acupuncture. Call our office at (301) 592-9355 and we will find out if your policy covers acupuncture.
